🚪 Doors & Red Carpet Open: 6:00 PM
Presenters and Nominated Talent who have received a red carpet invitation will walk the press line as long as time and availability permits. All other guests will have a chance to get their photo taken on a separate red carpet in the venue. Select press will also be present throughout the night and backstage for additional interviews and photo opportunities.

🚗 Parking: We highly recommend using Uber/Lyft/Car Service to and from the event, but there are parking lots in the area, however there is limited paid parking.
🎟 Tickets: We are not issuing physical or virtual tickets. We will have a list of confirmed names that have been submitted to us by the person coordinating the

✔ Check-in: When you arrive to the front of Avalon Hollywood (entrance on Vine), please check in with our staff at the front of the venue. They will issue you a bracelet
which has your table number printed on it.
📸 Red Carpet Talent: You will be ushered to the press line and you can put on your bracelet after talking to press. Our seating team (OCA – wearing gold pins), will escort
you to your table within the venue.
Guests Seated at Tables: You will have your bracelet with table number printed on it and you must wear this bracelet in order to access the downstairs VIP section. Our
seating team (OCA – wearing gold pins), will escort you to your table within the venue.
General Admission: You will check in and you will have access to the main lobby area/lobby bar area as well as open seating upstairs. You will not need a bracelet for GA
access.
